Does Ehhllo eXpress set delivery prices?+
No. Providers submit offers, customers compare them and both sides confirm the final amount before the job begins. The price can reflect the route, timing, package and local conditions.
Will Ehhllo charge a commission during the founding period?+
No. Founding providers keep the full amount agreed with the customer during their 90 free days. We will explain paid access clearly before the free period ends.
When does the free founding period begin?+
Your 90 free days begin with your first completed job, not when you register. We will show you the terms clearly before paid access begins.
How will customers pay during the pilot?+
Customers will pay providers directly by an agreed transfer or cash method. Ehhllo records the agreed job amount but does not hold or distribute delivery earnings during the pilot.
Is this for deliveries or rides?+
Delivery and logistics launch first. Professional rides will follow after the delivery marketplace is stable. Shared community journeys are planned for a later phase.
Can a logistics company manage several riders?+
Yes. Fleet operators will be able to assign work, see which riders are available, follow active deliveries and review performance. Location will be shown only while a rider is working or completing an assigned job.
What if a package is different from what the customer declared?+
Customers must describe what is being moved and confirm that it contains no prohibited items. A provider may refuse or report a package that appears suspicious or materially different. A report is reviewed before it can affect the provider’s rating or account.
Where will Ehhllo eXpress launch?+
Lagos is the confirmed first market. Uyo / Akwa Ibom and Abuja are the next priority markets, subject to provider coverage and local operating readiness. Joining the list helps us decide which neighbourhoods and routes to activate first.
